I dropped my goldfish into my dogs food bowl!! They were being changed on the little worktop and it jumped out of the net and fell, luckilly for the fish it landed right in the food that I had just put down for the dog! hahaha Shouldn't laugh really. So I picked it up with the net and washed it out GENTLY under running water, its now 9 years old and still going strong. It's been dropped in dog food, dropped in the sink, landed in my slipper once, and it still lives, should name him LUCKY really hahahahaha

Hi Sue He is one Lucky fish huh ? We had one that kept jumping out the bowl , so , we had to buy a tank with a lid to keep him in .... We have our Mollie , a border collie x who is now 4yrs old. She was in the Border Collie Trust at 10 months old and had been mistreated by her previous owner. It had been a year since my Tonya had been diagnosed with cancer ( same time as myself ) plus she was 18 and had other probs . Our home was just not the same , more so when you came in the door and no bouncing dog happy to see you ! Mollie is a bit of a nutter and lovable with it . Jocky is our old pensioner cockatiel at 22 yrs old & Georgie our budgie is about 2 , we got him from our neighbours, he heard our Jocky and they were calling to each other all the time and it drove her bonkers lol ! So we adopted him ......... I love animals and have had a variety through my life time , just spiders I don't like ! Mollie is my buddy now and knows when I am ill and never leaves my side , she even follows me to the loo ! Well .......thats my story about my pets . Hope others will write about thiers too as it would be interesting to hear about them . Take Care All ...... Luv Edd xxx
